Broadcom's MGA-68563-TR1G is an excellent, reliable RF amplifier that provides excellent low noise figure for applications from 100 MHz to 1.5 GHz. The MGA-68563-TR1G uses superior GaAs technology and is capable of being used in SOT-363-6.
